The 9/11 incident shook the whole world since its occurrence on September 11, 2001. Though it is has been many years it has occurred, its impact on the world is significant. Psalm 91:1 says, “He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.” This verse 911 enables us to recognize that the Almighty God is the only refuge in all our situations. He is the only hiding place where we can rest. Our God is like a hen, who gathers her chicken under her wings during crisis. Jesus mentioned in Matthew 23:37, “How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings.” May we rest in the Lord and trust in Him to face the unknown future, because He holds the future.
