IN HIS PRESENCE THERE IS FULLNESS OF JOY.
There will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain, the first things have passed away – Rev 21:4
After Adam and Eve have disobeyed God, “joy” was lost and “sorrow” has entered into the world. Even worse, when Cain killed Abel, the first “death” happened in this world. From that time, all humans have been going through “mourning”, “crying”, “pain” and “death”. But God had a plan to restore “joy” in our lives.
“Joy was lost” in the Garden of Eden, but “joy was restored” when Jesus entered into the world, as the angel said, “I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people” Luke 2:10. In this world, even though there is “mourning”, “crying” or “pain”, God is promising that we will live with Him forever and in His presence these things will be passed away.
Now the question is how can we live a joyful life while we are on this earth? The answer is, “in His presence there is always fullness of joy”, the more time we spend time with God, more “joy” will fill our hearts. God bless you.
